Your right to cancel
You can cancel your contract for any reason, with no penalty and no obligation. Florida law (Fla. Stat. 817.704) gives you until midnight of the 5th day after you sign. Federal law (15 U.S.C. 1679e) gives you 3 business days. We always give you the longer one.
What the law says
- Florida: "You, the buyer, may cancel this contract at any time prior to midnight of the fifth day after the date of the transaction."
- Federal: you may cancel without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date you signed.
How to cancel
Sign and send the Notice of Cancellation form that comes with your contract (you get two copies). Or tell us in writing that you want to cancel: by email to [email protected], by WhatsApp to (786) 340-0606, or by mail to Crezcamos Solutions LLC, 9867 SW 40th St, Miami, FL 33165. Keep a copy or a screenshot. We will confirm in writing.
If you cancel in this window
You owe nothing. If you paid anything, we give it all back.
After the window
You can stop the service anytime, in writing, with no cancellation fee. We only bill after work is done, so you never pay for work we haven't done.

You get it in the same language as your contract (Spanish or English).
